 GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:  Contact members to obtain short-term delinquent payments.  Determine member’s status and gather information. Arrange for payment and schedule to bring short-term delinquent loans current.  Some filing.  Work efficiently and accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be current with all Fair Collection policies and procedures and have detailed knowledge and proven experience with collection activities. Must have a working knowledge of skip tracing techniques.  Must be able to handle a high volume of calls with courtesy, tact and diplomacy.  Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

FULL-TIME I.T. Network Administrator

ROLE:  Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of network systems, servers, desktops, and communication links. Manage the resources dedicated to supporting office automation, Desktops and end-user equipment in accordance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements. Work with CIO on short and long-term design and strategy.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide primary support for the Credit Union’s network, servers, desktops and terminals which includes implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and system hardware and software. Formally implement change and modifications utilizing change management processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain patch management of all operating systems, firmware, apps and applications.
  • Evaluate network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment. Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating problems to vendor.
  • Defines and develops network policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Credit Union readiness by maintaining and testing D/R and H/A systems.

Education and Experience

  • Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
  • Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
  • A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive interaction with others. Work may involve motivating, influencing or training others. Outside contacts are important along with fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals).
  • Experience in supporting virtual Infrastructure PC/LAN hardware, software and communication products.
  • Experience with, but not limited to, VMware VSphere & Horizon, Server 2012 and above, Windows 10 for the Enterprise, Enterprise Patch management, Troubleshooting network TCP/IP transport issues, Cloud Infrastructure, and Digital communication systems. Ability to discuss technical issues effectively with other data processing professionals as well as non-technical users.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding industry standards regarding system and network security.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with other I.S. personnel, vendor support staff and users.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:   Provide end-user support on company-provided computer applications and platforms.  Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical assistance requests in person, via phone & electronically
  • Support company browser & App-based applications on desktop & mobile platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Support and maintain peripheral equipment such as printers and copiers
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Update and create troubleshooting and procedural documentation
  • Administer & utilize help-desk software
  • Root cause problems and escalate to correct resources if needed
  • Track and route problems & requests and document resolutions
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Review and maintain system logs and alerts
  • Trend recurring problems and engage resources to permanently resolve
  • Stay current with system information changes and updates

Education and Experience

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills in:
    • MS Windows OS (10)
    • MS Office applications
    • Mobile platform OS:  (Android & Apple IOS)
    • Browser applications (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
    • PC and thin-client hardware
  • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help-desk support
  • Knowledge in help-desk tracking application (Teamwork, ManageEngine Service Desk)
  • Knowledge in VMware
  • Document management experience (Hyland OnBase preferred)

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:  Responsible to provide informed, prompt, and accurate service to all members by accurately processing, decisioning, and relaying consumer loan decisions in compliance with Federal regulations and credit union lending policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:  The candidate must have a minimum of three to five years of experience underwriting consumer loans with risk-based lending.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Word.  Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.  Must be self-motivated and possess strong people skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.  Experience with Meridianlink is required.  ALPS and/or FSP software programs is recommended and underwriting indirect auto loans a plus.  Bi-lingual in Spanish is desired.

Candidate must be available to work any shift Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:  Accurately perform transactions via telephone, mail or in person with a positive and sincere attitude. Discuss products and services offered at Certified FCU and answer many different types of questions as they relate to members’ accounts. Solve issues for members with courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. Recognize fraudulent checks and counterfeit currency. Work efficiently and accurately.

QUALIFICATIONSThe candidate must possess outstanding telephone communication skills while demonstrating a positive, upbeat attitude. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule between 7am and 7pm.  The candidate must also be able to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.  Previous cash-handling and telephone customer service with a financial institution preferred. Communication in Spanish is a plus.
