Lost, misplaced or stolen card? Flip the switch.

Whether your Visa Credit or Debit Card is lost, misplaced or stolen, you have the power to switch your card OFF. If you find your card again, simply switch it back ON and you’re back in business.

To turn your card ON or OFF, select Cards from the Sidebar Menu in Online Banking or the Mobile App. Then, choose the card that you wish to turn ON or OFF. It’s that simple.

In the unfortunate event that you don’t find your card, you’ve still prevented anyone from using it unlawfully. Be sure to report it lost or stolen as soon as you’re sure it can’t be found.

Either way, you have control of your card and your funds. That’s security and peace of mind with the flip of a switch.
